The Windsor Falls subdivision in Oxford, Mississippi has been an extremely popular subdivision since it’s inception in the mid 2000’s.    The community was started by Marty Daniels and Ronnie Leggitt.  These two are some of the most well known builders in Oxford, MS today.  Windsor Falls got it’s start just before America’s recession hit and was taking off!  These homes weren’t able to be built fast enough.  With Daniels’ and Leggitt’s great reputation around town for quality built homes, these two were able to really make a mark in the community.  Many of these homes have a brick accent wall in the dining area, open floor plans, and tall ceilings.  The yards are fenced in and many of the homes have a covered porch.  The master bedroom is usually split from the other bedrooms giving you ultimate privacy.  The finishes are second to none and many of the homes have beautiful wood flooring.

What attracts people to Windsor Falls in Oxford, MS?  You may be asking yourself this question if you haven’t seen it with your own eyes.  The french country look of these homes with the green and plush lawns, along with the sidewalks, make this a really great neighborhood for just about anyone whether it be a single person or a large family.  The builders put in a community swimming pool for the residents and has proven to be a hit among the homeowners.  It is a small fee every year to join.  The homes in Windsor Falls have beautiful aesthetics and curb appeal.  According to their website, Windsor Falls offers 15 different floor plans.  That means there should definitely be something for everyone!  Windsor Falls is also part of the Oxford City school district.

Windsor Falls can be accessed from two main points.  Since the subdivision touches both Highway 7 South and the parallel, North Lamar Boulevard, you can access this subdivision from both avenues.  These homes are only about 3 miles from both the Oxford town square and the Ole Miss campus.  Grand Oaks Golf and Country Club is located near Windsor Falls on Highway 7 South making it nice and convenient to be close to the golf course.  Kroger is only a few miles away and from Highway 7 you can easily zip over to Holly Springs, or head South to Water Valley, MS or Bruce, MS.
