Provence Park Oxford MS – Amazing Condos Close To Everything
Provence Park has gained in popularity since it started building built. I’ve never been good with the names of home styles but I believe this is a french country style condominium subdivision. One that that can’t be mistaken is how great they look. The painted brick on the outside gives each condo its own unique sense of character. The original condos had Viking Appliances, a little more upgraded hardwood floors, and some of the trimwork was a bit more elaborate. The newer construction in there now still has great features that I just mentioned but may not be as costly. The good news is, they still look just as good! I like to say the builder did NOT skimp on the quality, he just made the condo a lot more cost effective and he builds an amazing product.
What does Provence Park’s HOA Fee include?
At the time of this writing, the Provence Park HOA fees include: Amenities Maintenance (Includes the swimming pool), Exterior Insurance (I have heard this said that it’s “studs out” insurance. So you will only need to get interior insurance.), Common Ground Maintenance, Lawn Maintenance, and a Shuttle Service that goes to and from the Square and Campus on game weekends.
Provence Park: A Short History
Provence Park was built in 2006 and as the builder and developer started rolling along and really started picking up some momentum, The recession of 2008 came along and stifled the sales in there. When this occurred the original owners went under. Someone bought from them (or from the bank) I’m not 100% sure. The next two people took over the subdivision and bought a lot of the existing structures that were already built in order to resell them. Then they handed it over and sold to who is now “Lifestyle Homes”. They are now building a fantastic and affordable product and ever since 2011, Provence Park has become HOT again. I have had many clients take advantage of the deals in Provence Park and would love to help if you have any questions or would like to tour the condos available for sale here in Oxford, MS.
The Location of Provence Park in Oxford, MS
As we know by now, Provence Park is near both the Ole Miss campus and the Oxford Square. To be as close to exact as I can, it is 1.1 miles from the campus and 1.1 miles from the square. Imagine drawing a triangle where the top point is Provence Park and the other two points are the square and campus. That is how it is laid out.
