Rosemont Oxford MS

Rosemont is a subdivision built by one of the better builders in Oxford and has really taken off!  These homes have gained in popularity as more and more have been built.  Rosemont Subdivision was started in 2012 and they are in the middle to upper end price ranges here in Oxford.   Some of the homes in Rosemont come with a golf course view and the subdivision itself is a large circle which gives it a more neighborly atmosphere in my opinion.  Rosemont in Oxford MS is actually located in Grand Oaks subdivision.  Grand Oaks has big plans with the clubhouse for the countryclub that they are building.  The championship, Jim Fazio golf course is becoming more and more popular and this might be attributed to some of Rosemont’s success.  In my professional opinion, I think it has a lot to do with their price point and how much home you get for the money, as well as the quality of construction and the upgrades that the builder puts into the home at Rosemont.
